Refund and Returns Policy

At Kamalnayan Creation, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted products. We aim to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order items, we do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Email us at kamalnayancreation23@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include:
   • Your order number
   • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage/defect
   • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

3. Return Shipping

• If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pick up where serviceable or guide you on how to send the product back to us.
• If the return is due to damage/defect/incorrect item, return shipping costs will be borne by Kamalnayan Creation.
• Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as discussed with you during the process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging and tags
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sale/discounted items unless damaged or defective

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
