• All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (process &deliver)after payment confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing times may extend. We will notify you of any delays via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):no Available with applicable charges (if offered).
• Shipping charges for international orders (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
• Other Cities: 5-10 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner capacity, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order using the provided link.

4. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Kamalnayan Creation will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damages During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

• We will review and guide you through the exchange or refund process if applicable.

If you plan to ship internationally:
